These terms cover your use of the Cheese Lover app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.
Cheese Lover is a guide and journal for people who love cheese. The library's descriptions, pairings and keeping times are general guidance written for the app. Photo identification suggests likely cheeses using Apple Intelligence on your device and can be wrong, especially without a label. Cheese Lover gives no food safety, allergy, pregnancy or medical advice. Check the label or ask your cheesemonger whenever milk treatment or ingredients matter to you.
The library, the journal, label scanning, the top pairings for each cheese, one tasting flight and three photo identifications a month are free. Cheese Lover Pro, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, adds unlimited photo identification, every pairing and pairing by drink, the Fridge, the Passport map and taste profile, suggestions of what to try next, unlimited flights with shopping lists, and iCloud sync.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
Pro features go back to their free limits and iCloud sync stops. Everything you have recorded stays on your device, readable, editable and exportable. A lifetime purchase does not end.
What you put into Cheese Lover is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud account. Photos are identified on your device and never sent to the publisher. The publisher claims no rights over your content.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to cheeselover@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
Cheese Lover is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Cheese Lover in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
